NorCal Roofing & Construction successfully completed a complex 6-story commercial reroof project located in downtown Sacramento, delivering a high-performance fully adhered 60 MIL TPO roofing system by Versico, backed by a 20-Year NDL (No Dollar Limit) Warranty.
Due to the height and urban location of the building, extensive planning and safety measures were required. Our team installed full scaffolding systems to ensure safe access and efficient execution across all roof and wall areas.
Prior to construction, asbestos testing was completed to meet all city permit and environmental compliance requirements, ensuring the project proceeded safely and in accordance with regulations.
This project required a fully adhered (glued) roofing system, including both the roof surface and vertical wall tie-ins. The fully adhered application provides enhanced wind uplift resistance, improved system performance, and a clean, uniform finish—especially critical for multi-story structures in downtown environments.
