NorCal Roofing successfully completed another a 44,788-square-foot (approximately 448 roofing squares) commercial reroof project for Cintas, located at 5900 Alder Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95828.
The project included a complete tear-off of the existing roofing system down to the roof deck, followed by the professional installation of a new Versico 60-mil TPO roofing system. The completed roof is backed by a 20-Year Versico No Dollar Limit (NDL) Manufacturer’s Warranty, providing long-term protection, durability, and dependable performance.
The entire project was completed without disrupting Cintas’ daily operations. Safety was a top priority for both Cintas and NorCal Roofing throughout every phase of the project. Our crews conducted daily safety meetings, maintained clean and controlled work areas, and coordinated closely with the Cintas team to protect employees, visitors, and roofing personnel.
