NorCal Roofing & Construction successfully completed a complex commercial reroof project at this active meat processing facility in Marysville, installing a high-performance 60 MIL TPO roofing system by Versico designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term protection.
This project required a high level of planning and execution due to the nature of the facility and the presence of extensive rooftop equipment and machinery. Our team worked around numerous penetrations, curbs, and mechanical units, ensuring precise detailing and waterproofing at every transition point.
A key priority for this project was maintaining continuous operations. Through careful coordination, phased scheduling, and disciplined execution, NorCal Roofing completed the entire reroof without a single day of operational disruption—a critical achievement for a food-processing facility.
